Cross-border growth operations

We run the overseas pipeline for Chinese auto brands.

Live streaming, paid social, and verified lead capture across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. On TikTok and Facebook. On local networks. In the buyer's language.

Markets

Your buyers are not on your timezone.

A campaign in Lagos and a live stream in Bangkok are two different jobs. We run both, in market, on local networks and local hours.

The pipeline

From a stranger's feed to a qualified name in your CRM.

Four stages, run as one operation. Nothing is handed over until it has been through all four.

  1. 01

    Reach

Paid social and organic content on TikTok and Facebook, built for the market rather than translated into it.

  2. 02

    Capture

Live stream anchors, in-feed lead forms, direct messages, and landing pages. Every entry point buyers in that market actually use.

  3. 03

    Qualify

Every record is checked before it reaches you: WhatsApp registration, field completeness, number format, and duplicates.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Pushed to your CRM with a quality tier and a full source trail, routed to the right market team or dealer.

Live operations

A live stream is infrastructure, not a camera.

A stream that has to hold up at 3am Beijing time, in a language we do not speak, on a network we do not own, is an operations problem before it is a content problem.

Local network paths

Dedicated cross-border routes instead of shared international transit, so bitrate holds when the market is at peak and everyone else is on the cheap path.

Local IP presence

Some live room components only render for viewers in the account's own country. Our operators sit behind in-country addresses, so nothing about the room is invisible to us.

In-country devices

A clean device per account, cleared of prior locale and timezone, matched to the market it operates in rather than reused across markets.

Monitoring on the buyer's clock

Campaigns run while Beijing sleeps. Spend, delivery, stream health, and inbound volume are watched continuously, not reviewed the next morning.

Lead quality

A phone number is not a lead.

Anyone can type digits into a form. The format passes, the number is real, and the person behind it does not exist. We check before we hand anything over.

What we check

  • WhatsApp registration. A registered number means a real person on the other end, not a form filled in for a free trial.
  • Field completeness. Phone and city-level location are required. Name and email raise the tier.
  • Format and country code. Numbers are normalised to E.164 and matched against the market they came from.
  • Duplicates. Existing records are merged and marked, not resubmitted as new.

How records are tiered

Lead quality tiers and their criteria
TierCriteria
High WhatsApp registered, phone, city-level address, plus name or email, from a direct message
Medium WhatsApp registered, phone, city-level address
Low WhatsApp registered, fields incomplete
Rejected Not registered on WhatsApp, duplicate, or invalid format
