1. Who we are
This website, siyuhudong.net, is operated by Beijing Siyu Interactive Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd. (思誉互动), a company registered in the People's Republic of China with its registered office at Jianguomen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China.
In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Beijing Siyu Interactive Digital Information Technology Co., Ltd.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you:
- visit this website;
- contact us by email or through a form;
- engage us to run marketing, live streaming, or lead generation activity on your behalf.
It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party platforms we operate on, including TikTok, Facebook, or any customer relationship management system. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, business email address, company, and the market you are enquiring about, when you contact us.
- Any other information you choose to include in correspondence with us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of each request. Our web server records this data to operate the site and to detect abuse.
Lead data we process on behalf of clients
When we run campaigns for a client, we collect contact details of individuals who respond to those campaigns, such as a name, telephone number, email address, and city. We process this data as a processor on the client's instructions. The client is the controller and is responsible for providing notice to those individuals and for honouring their rights. We act only on the client's documented instructions and the terms of our agreement with them.
4. How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and to provide services you have asked for.
- To run, measure, and report on campaigns we operate for a client.
- To verify the quality of lead records before delivering them to a client, including checking whether a telephone number is registered on a messaging platform.
- To maintain the security and availability of this website.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use lead data collected on behalf of one client for the benefit of another.
5. Sharing and third parties
We share personal information only where necessary, and only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting providers, business messaging platforms, and telephone number verification services. These providers act on our instructions.
- Our clients, where we have collected lead data on their behalf.
- Authorities, where we are required to do so by law or by a valid legal request.
6. International transfers
We operate across multiple countries and use service providers in several jurisdictions. Personal information may therefore be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one in which it was collected. Where we make such a transfer, we take steps to ensure the information continues to receive an appropriate level of protection under the terms of our agreements with those providers.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship. Lead data collected on behalf of a client is retained according to that client's instructions and our agreement with them, and is deleted or returned when the engagement ends.
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party analytics. Web fonts are requested from a third-party font delivery service, which may record your IP address as part of serving the font files. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before doing so.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@siyuhudong.net. If your request concerns lead data we collected for a client, we will forward it to that client, who is the controller of that data.
10. Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
Our services are directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
