The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. • providing any notices and obtaining any consents required from individuals whose contact details are collected;
• complying with the advertising and data protection rules that apply in each market where your campaign runs.

We are the processor of lead data collected on your behalf and act on your documented instructions.

7. No warranty
